Senator Elizabeth Warren: America's New Favorite Feminist

America has a new hero. Unfortunately for Donald Trump, the hero is not him.

On Monday, October 24, 2016 in Manchester, New Hampshire, Senator Elizabeth Warren joined Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on stage for a rally to show her support for Ms. Clinton. Warren’s powerful and female-empowering speech was a strong response to Trump’s (many) recent degrading remarks towards women.

“Women have had it with guys like you, ” Warren declared to the cheering crowd. “Nasty women have really had it with guys like you.”

Hillary Clinton sat beside Elizabeth Warren during the address to an outdoor campus crowd at Saint Anselm College.  Thousand of attendees and Clinton supporters cheered enthusiastically and applauded tremendously during the empowering speech.

Warren told the supporters, “nasty women are tough. Nasty women are smart. And nasty women vote.” She continued to inspire the crowd by declaring, “we nasty women are going to march our nasty feet to cast our nasty votes to get you out of our lives forever.” This was in response to Donald Trump’s remarks about Hillary Clinton during the final presidential debate last week.

The crowd was truly mesmorized by Elizabeth Warren’s speech. As the New York Times reported, students opened the windows while in class to listen and the crowd repeatedly chanted Hillary’s name.

Once Warren introduced Clinton to speak, Hillary summed up attendee’s feelings by stating, “I don’t know about you, but I could listen to Elizabeth go on all day.”

Senator Elizabeth Warren is no stranger to speaking her mind with conviction and power. At the 2016 Democratic National Convention, she destroyed Donald Trump by telling the crowd, “Trump is a man who has never sacrificed anything for anyone." She also eloquently called his campaign, "the great Trump hot-air machine."

As well, her speech focusing on the Black Lives Matter movement received praise by both politicians and activists.

Senator Elizabeth Warren is just one of the powerful political and public figures supporting Hillary Clinton. With the most historic presidential election happening in just two weeks, the timing of this rally could not be any better for the Democratic Presidential nominee. As Warren states, “On November 8, we nasty women are going to march our nasty feet to cast our nasty votes to get you out of our lives forever." With the increased support since the videotape scandal became public, it looks like the odds will be in Clinton, Warren and Nasty Women’s favor.
