President Donald Trump’s son Eric offered some thoughts on the Conways’ marriage on Twitter.
White House adviser Kellyanne Conway’s husband George, who was on the shortlist to serve as Trump’s solicitor general, has been a frequent critic of the president who often points out on Twitter when the president has run afoul of a wide range of federal laws.
"Of all the ugliness in politics, the utter disrespect George Conway shows toward his wife, her career, place of work, and everything she has fought SO hard to achieve, might top them all," Eric Trump tweeted Monday night. "@KellyannePolls is great person and frankly his actions are horrible."
Conway responded by retweeting some brutal responses to Eric’s tweet, pointing to his father’s complete disregard for laws and marital vows.
Kellyanne has complained about her husband too:
"It is disrespectful, it’s a violation of basic decency, certainly, if not marital vows," Conway said of her husband's criticism of her boss to The Washington Post. "People do see it that way, I don’t say I do, but people see it that way."
Twitter users says Trumps should stay away from marital advice:
Twitter users couldn't help but respond to Eric bringing up respect for wives by pointing out the Trumps' history with wives.
