Washington Elites Don't Want The System To Change

Not that long ago I wrote about the shocking display taking place in Washington, D.C.

During James Comey’s public testimony before Congress, Washington staffers left their offices to “day drink” at local bars. Now, I’m sure all those bars were in Arlington, because these arrogant hypocrites wouldn’t step foot in a D.C. bar. But the display was shocking, because these people were celebrating what they thought would be a major blow to the Trump administration.

These people—regardless of their political affiliation—were hoping James Comey had dirt that would destroy Trump’s budding presidency. It turns out, the hearing was a big nothingburger—only a chance for Comey to have one last moment in the limelight—but it highlighted the real enemy of America.

You may be a liberal, you may be a conservative. That’s fine. Be what you wanna be. But the fact remains that all those issues you care so deeply about mean nothing to the corrupt, greedy, evil elitists who operate in seats of power in our country.

Those people in high places, pulling the strings in Washington, New York, Los Angeles, etc. are the ones we should be opposing. The people behind the old media, the people funding lobbyists and special interests, the people who control the policies of both Democrats and Republicans.

Why do you think they hate Donald Trump so much? Because they have no means of manipulating him. Sure, you might think he’s an arrogant, idiotic big mouth who hates brown people. But you’re only playing into a made-up illusion crafted by bitter elitists who fear Trump might actually help us little guys.

The East Coast/West Coast elites of the United States don’t care about the things you care about. These Ivy League educated professionals are completely out of touch with the rest of us. You might hate me because I’m conservative, love Jesus, and support Trump. But you have much more in common with a regular guy like me than you do the stuffed shirts who appear on CNN, run the newspapers, and pump millions of dollars into political activist groups.

Think George Soros is really a liberal? Come on. He’s a rich billionaire that is looking to manipulate governments, for his own benefit.

Think Al Gore really cares about the environment? Then why did he have no problem getting rich, thanks to oil-pushing Qatar? How much is he giving back to poor countries? How much has his advocacy improved our lives?

For a very long time the elites of America have enjoyed a system where, regardless of who’s president, they make it out on top. They convinced politicians to sign bad laws and trade deals, which sent jobs out of the country. They encouraged illegal immigration, because companies can pay undocumented workers far less. They don’t much care about radical Islamic terrorism, because frankly, they have armed security, staff to go shopping for them, and private jets.

And if fighting terrorism hurts their stock portfolio, they’ll convince the world that it’s Islamophobic and try to put an end to it.

The elite of America want you to think the real fight is between liberals and conservatives. It’s not. It’s between the people and the powers that be. Why do I care so much about the Bill of Rights, small government, and an end to Socialism? Because I know that when the people—you and me—are in charge, we have the best chance at thriving.

America was built to give the people power over the government. Yet in every generation, there are elitists who aim to destroy that. Be they politicians, big businesses, or today, globalists; they want to gain more power by eroding our rights, freedoms, and ability to govern ourselves.

But what do these elitists really think about everyday Americans? Simple, they hate us. They think we are stupid, weak, and lazy. Many of them believe that shipping illegals into America is a good thing, because well, Americans don’t want to work.

Americans voted for Donald Trump in November in large part because they’re afraid elite Americans don’t care about them.

Hillary Clinton stoked this fear when she said some of Trump’s supporters are “irredeemable” or “deplorable,” and when she did not campaign in boring but critical states which subsequently flipped from blue to red. Sadly, there are other elites who seem to rank Americans below foreigners or immigrants. (Breitbart)

You may have convinced yourself that Trump won because of the Russians, you sad, little child you. But the reality is much more obvious. While Trump was hugging coal workers and thanking cops, Hillary was hiding in her mansion, complaining about us deplorables. The established political powers had become a closed group that excluded and ignored everyday Americans.

It got so bad that Donald Trump, a member of that group, was able to win by showing Americans he was no longer a part of it.

But there are still many in this circle of elitism who think you are lazy and terrible and should be replaced.

Bill Kristol, the editor-at-large of the D.C.-based Weekly Standard magazine, used an event in February to declare that population replacement would be the best antidote to ordinary America…

“I think John Adams said this — basically if you are in free society, a capitalist society, after two or three generations of hard work everyone becomes kind of decadent, lazy, spoiled…Then, luckily, you have these waves of people coming in from Italy, Ireland, Russia, and now Mexico, who really want to work hard. (Breitbart)

Yes, all those people in Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania who lost their jobs thanks to Obama’s coal policy and other globalists outsourcing are so fucking lazy.

Forget the fact that for three decades Washington has allowed big companies to close factories and outsource their labor. Forget that Obama’s corporate tax was so high, it was forcing companies to move to places like Ireland, eradicating even white-collar positions.

No, it’s because Americans are lazy. We’re the ones that are decadent. I’m sorry, what decadence was Bill talking about? Not affording to buy you kids new sneakers? Or having to scrimp and save to afford a few gifts at Christmas?

Meanwhile, Bill and his ilk are enjoying five-star restaurants, appearing on TV, and being pampered wherever they go. Yeah, we’re the spoiled ones.

But of course we’re not just lazy, we’re stupid! At least according to Bret Stephens.

Bret Stephens, a columnist at the New York Times, argued in June that immigrants outperform Americans and suggested the solution for the nation’s economic problems is to deport Americans…

I speak of Americans whose families have been in this country for a few generations. Complacent, entitled and often shockingly ignorant on basic points of American law and history, they are the stagnant pool in which our national prospects risk drowning. (Breitbart)

Once again, another elitist who thinks the working and middle classes of America, the ones who bust their asses to make ends meet, are complacent and lazy. But he goes on to say we don’t understand American law and history.

Oh, please enlighten me, you arrogant New York Times filth! There’s no possible way I actually learned about America at school, or continued my education by opening a book and learning about our history.

Stephen thinks people like you and me need to be deported apparently, so we can better appreciate how good we have it in America. But perhaps someone else is “shockingly ignorant” here, and it's not the legions of Americans who are rebuilding and sustaining this nation through their hard work. It’s New York Times writers who are so out of touch, they can’t even admit that their own paper is dying.

The attitude coming from most of these political and economic elitists is that we—the middle and working classes of America—are the problem. No, I think they’re the problem. They’ve enjoyed decades of wealth and privilege through exploiting and lying to us. They’ve plundered our national resources, robbed us of jobs, and weighed us down with taxes and bloated social programs.

And when we want to take back our country by voting for the “wrong” candidate, they make us out to be the bad guys.

The reality is elitists like illegal immigrants because many of them are sadly less educated and informed than the people who grew up here. So, they are easily manipulated, far better than those of us who have learned to reject CNN, the New York Times, and other hawk houses.

Americans of all stripes have this indignant expectation of liberty. We don’t like being told what to do. We want to live life by our own standards and refuse to let anyone harness us with a yoke of oppression. Our history is full of regular, everyday people, causing incredible change because they used their rights, spoke up, and stood up for what they believed in.

Slavery wouldn’t have ended without the abolition movement, started by Americans. Women’s right to vote was started by women who fought for equality. Civil Rights laws wouldn’t have been passed if it weren’t for many Americans—both black and white—who marched, spoke up, and demanded justice.

None of these things happened because elitists decided it was time. No, the people—those lazy, stupid, decadent ones—owned the freedoms given to them by the Constitution. They moved the wheels of history for the better.

Do you really think people like Kristol, Stephens, Pelosi, Clinton, and all the rest want you to take ownership of your rights—be it free speech, religion, or gun rights? I like Trump, but even he is accountable to the millions of people who voted for him. The elites of our society think we are a problem to solve.

With each new generation, they try to find a way to subjugate us. They use the media, laws, and empty promises to “keep us in line.” Whenever there is a movement that threatens their power, they fight back, violently.

Is it so big a surprise what we see right now from the liberal media?

As the Internet rapidly usurps old media, more power will be wrenched from the hands of elitists. Right now we talk about CNN failing, laughing as they and others are exposed for their lies. But in a few years, we won’t even be talking about them, either because they won’t exist, or they won’t matter.

The fight to wrench the power back from the people into the hands of the limited few will intensify. The elites will use your hatred of Trump to fuel fires that will rob you of your independence. They will try to overtake social networks, websites, and every outlet they think is a threat. If we let them.

Now is the time to get educated. Now is the time to know your rights and use them. Now is the time to know who your enemies are and to resist their attempts at robbing you of your freedom.

Because if we don’t, we’ll never be free.
